OT: Thoughts, prayers, etc. please

I don't normally ask for this sort of thing, but I am today. My oldest's boyfriend's father died Saturday night in a car accident. He was only 43. He was pronounced dead at the scene. I know my daughter's boyfriend is devastated and my daughter is taking it real hard as well (it brings up memories for her of when my son died when things like this happen). There's never a good time to lose someone, but less than 2 weeks before Thanksgiving and 6 weeks before Christmas is just a sucky time for this to happen.

So, any thoughts, prayers, well wishes, or just good vibes. Please send them Fargo's way as I know not just the boyfriend but the entire family could use them.

We are making our stand. Over 15,000 of you have signed the petition and there are at least 900 friends of our MySpace site. It's time for MTV to hear the voice of the fans. This Saturday is September 27th, the 33rd anniversary of the original Rocky Horror Picture Show that we have all come to know and love. Countless fans will be going out to midnight shows. What we at the site want to do is get videos of you and all the RHPS fans you can gather to do the "Time Warp" on that day at Midnight at your local showing, or in some public space (please don't break any laws) ... or hell even outside MTV studios if you want to.

OT: My birthday present to myself

My birthday was earlier this month (the big 39!), and my license plate renewal came up mid-month for October. So, I decided to splurge and get a vanity plate. I'd thought about it in the past, but there's a local high school here who is the Packers and I didn't want people looking at my plate thinking I was a West Fargo Packers fan instead of Green Bay Packers fan. Because, that'd just be sacrilige. Well, for Christmas last year hubby gave my daughter and me Green Bay Packer license plate holders. So, I felt comfortable doing the vanity plate thing, because surely anyone looking at the plate will take the holder into account.

Dr. Who Season 2: Meta'ish

Sorry for 2 non-fic update posts in a row, but it is fandom related.

I'm just finishing Dr. Who Season 2 via Netflix. I notice that Disc 6 is bonus features, which I normally bypass and collect all the bonus feature discs once I'm done with the actual show and watch the special goodies all at once.

My question is there's something I notice on the bonus features disc entitled "Doctor Who Confidential", it indicates it's a nine-part featurette. Is this something I need to watch canonly? Or to move to the next season? Or can I bypass this featurette like I normally do and watch it later with the other bonus features?
